- 1. D52
- [Expressed in several tissues by human TPD52 Gene (TPD52 Family), 184-aa 20-kDa Tumor Protein D52 exhibits a potential glycosylation site, several potential phosphorylation sites, and homology to N-type calcium channels. TPD52 forms homodimers, or heterodimers with other family members; D52, D53, and D54 share homology, including a coiled-coil domain indicative of protein-protein interactions. D52 may be involved in calcium-mediated signal transduction and cell proliferation. (NCI) ( NCI )] (UMLS (NCI) C0671664) =Amino Acid, Peptide, or Protein; Biologically Active Substance
