Lymphoid-Restricted Immunoglobulin Octamer Binding Protein NF-A2

[Encoded by human POU2F2 Gene (POU2 Family), alternative isoforms 1 (478-aa, 51-kD), 2 (466-aa), 3 (462-aa), and 4 (399-aa) of transcription factor OTF-2 contain a DNA binding homeobox domain, bind to octamer motif ATTTGCAT, and regulate Ig gene expression and transcription in several other tissues.
