Ibritumomab Tiuxetan

[An immunoconjugate of monoclonal antibody ibritumomab conjugated with the linker-chelator tiuxetan. Ibritumomab is a murine IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody directed against the CD20 antigen, which is found on the surface of normal and malignant B lymphocytes. This linker-chelator provides a high affinity, conformation restricted chelation site for Indium-111 or Yttrium-90 to be used in relapsed or refractory low-grade, follicular, or transformed B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, including patients with rituximab refractory follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
