House located in 10-minute walk to the ocean beach, subway station and stores.
There are 2 private rooms, big corridor, kitchen, bathroom and 1 spacious attic.
The rooms are small. First room for 2 guests, second room for 3 guests.
Furniture: wardrobe and chairs, air-mattresses on the floor.
The attic is clean, not furnished, without a lock, it has the air-conditioner and windows. Air-mattresses available.
Around the house there is a yard, plot of land for different tools.

1 room for 2 guests – $500 ( 10 days). 1 room for 3 guests $600 ( 10 days).
1 room for 2 guests – $800 ( 20 days). 1 room for 3 guests – $900 ( 20 days).
1 room for 2 guests – $1200 ( 30 days). 1 room for 3 guests – $1400 ( 30 days).
2 rooms for 4 guests – $1000 ( 10 days).
2 rooms for 4 guests – $1600 ( 20 days).
2 rooms for 4 guests – $2400 ( 30 days).
Attic and common space for 4 guests $700 (10 days).
Attic and common space for 4 guests $1200 (20 days).
Attic and common space for 4 guests $1800 (30 days).
